For institutions

## Orientation your team can run.

Talent Discovery supports the guidance work you already do. It is quick to set up, runs in the browser and gives you engagement and feedback you can see.

- ### Study and career exploration

Students try options they hadn't considered, in two or fifteen minutes.

- ### Reflecting on interests

A result in plain language helps students put their interests into words.

- ### Structured guidance conversations

Advisers and teachers start from the result instead of a blank page.

- ### Orientation events

A QR code at fairs, open days or in class; no app, no sign-up.

- ### Engagement and feedback

A dashboard shows plays, completions and clicks to your programmes.

- ### What we don't promise

More applications or enrolments. Talero supports exploration and conversation; admission decisions and study or employer places stay with you.
