• AI driven interpretations of user behavior, decisions, and in game actions
• Non binding personality, cognitive and emotional insights
• Non professional suggestions for potential career directions
• Optional premium features and downloadable reports

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

To use Talero, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Accept these Terms
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws

You may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our models, data, code or algorithms
• Interfere with system integrity
• Misuse AI outputs
• Create accounts for others without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion.

3. No Guarantees, No Professional Advice, No Warranties

Talero's outputs, including reports, insights, recommendations, personality profiles and career matches:

• Are generated algorithmically
• Are probabilistic in nature
• May contain errors, biases, misinterpretations or inaccuracies
• Must not be relied upon for decisions affecting education, employment, health, finance or well being

Talero does not guarantee that:

• Any insight is accurate, reliable, valid or scientifically robust
• Results reflect real abilities, personality or future potential
• Recommended careers are suitable
• The game or reports will improve life choices or outcomes
• The service will be uninterrupted or error free

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talero, its founders, employees, contractors and partners shall not be liable for:

• Direct damages
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of opportunity
• Emotional distress
• Inaccurate advice
• Reliance on reports or insights
• Career, academic or personal decisions made based on Talero
• Deletion, corruption or loss of data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions or omissions of third party providers or AI systems

5. Nature of AI Generated Content

Talero uses machine learning models, including large language models and statistical systems. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information
• Outputs may vary over time
• AI models may contain biases
• Interpretations may not reflect your actual personality or abilities
• AI results should never be considered factual or diagnostic

Talero is not responsible for AI errors, algorithmic misclassification, unexpected outputs, or interpretation mistakes. All AI content is provided "as is" with no assurances of correctness.

6. No Professional or Diagnostic Service

Talero is not a substitute for:

7. Paid Services, Refunds and Billing

• Paid content such as the Talero Pro Pass is billed in advance
• Digital purchases are considered delivered once access is granted
• Refunds are only provided where legally required
• Prices may change at any time

Access may be revoked if Terms are violated. You are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods.

8. Data Handling and Privacy

Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You acknowledge that:

• We cannot guarantee absolute data security
